Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Workday-to-VNDLY integration specialist, managing data flow, troubleshooting sync issues, and maintaining system alignment.
Monitor and support end-to-end lifecycle of contingent workers from requisition to offboarding within VNDLY and Workday.
Collaborate with Procurement, HR, and Legal to ensure VNDLY aligns with company policies and legal/regulatory requirements.
Maintain and enhance Workday integrations with VNDLY via Workday Studio, EIBs, and/or middleware tools.
Analyze and improve business processes related to contingent labor.
Generate dashboards, metrics, and compliance reports from Workday and/or VNDLY to support audits and business decisions.
Provide tier-2 support for VNDLY-related issues and train end-users on both systems.
Work closely with vendors, MSPs, or third-party partners to ensure accurate data exchange and fulfillment processes.
Participate in or lead testing and validation during system upgrades, releases, or new feature rollouts.
