Looking for PowerBI Architect with expertise in Azure Delta Lake & MicroStrategy-drive advanced BI solutions and enterprise reporting.

Mandatory skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and data visualization.
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.
- Strong command of SQL, including writing optimized queries, procedures, and CTEs.
- Experience working with Azure data services, especially Delta Lake and Synapse.
- Proven ability to implement advanced Power BI features for personalization and interactivity.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level reporting strategies including burst reporting and dynamic filtering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) using Spanner/BigQuery
Responsibilities: -
- Design, develop, and maintain visually compelling Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Implement advanced Power BI features including:
- Personalization and user-level customization
- Bookmarks and storytelling
- Burst reporting and scheduled distribution
- Dynamic forms and interactive slicers
- Optimize report performance and ensure seamless user experience across devices.
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs) to support data modeling and transformation.
- Integrate and query data from Azure Delta Lake tables, ensuring efficient and secure data access.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and iterate based on feedback.
- Lead or support migration efforts from MicroStrategy to Power BI, ensuring continuity and enhancement of reporting capabilities.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and governance standards for BI assets.
