Our company is seeking a dynamic Permanent Commissioning Engineer to join our team in the Energy industry. This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in Inverters and PV Solar and make a significant impact on our mission to revolutionize the energy sector. As a Permanent Commissioning Engineer, you will play a critical role in the commissioning of our renewable energy projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the field, a deep understanding of the energy industry, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all commissioning activities for our renewable energy projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination.
2. Conduct thorough inspections and tests of all systems and equipment, ensuring they meet all necessary specifications and safety standards.
3. Collaborate closely with project teams, including project managers, designers, and installers, to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process, utilizing your expertise in Inverters and PV Solar.
5. Prepare detailed commissioning reports, documenting all testing procedures, results, and any necessary corrective actions.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in renewable energy technology, particularly in the areas of Inverters and PV Solar.
7. Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and other team members, as needed.
8. Ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commissioning, preferably in the energy industry.
3. Proven expertise in Inverters and PV Solar, with a strong understanding of renewable energy systems.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
6. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
7. Proficient in the use of various software tools and applications, including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
8. Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) or similar certification is a plus.
9. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
