Engineering Project Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 12 months +

Client is looking for someone with 10+ yrs experience, but less than 20 yrs. Must be very technical (non-tech will not fly). MUST HAVE development experience.

Requirements:

• Manage the project from the requirements/analysis phase through warranty.
• Work with teams to review and analyze business requirements and work with teams to understand any gaps in requirements between business and technical teams.
• Coordinate technical design discussions with business and engineering teams.
• Coordinate and schedule work with development, QA/QE, Dev Ops, SiteOps, RM, RE and impacted SSG's.
• Facilitate engineering and QA/QE stand up meetings to manage deliverables and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all required checkpoints and release deliverables are met (Retail Security, IRP, Privacy, etc.).
• Responsible for project artifacts, storage, documentation and regular status meetings.
• Strong project management, project leadership, technical and communication skills are required to successfully deliver the project.

Scope:

• Manage the project from the design phase through the warranty period with the following deliverables:

1. Weekly status reporting.
2. Manage weekly cross-functional status mtgs with IST and business.
3. Manage daily stand ups with the core dev and testing teams
4. Remove blockers daily to ensure the team moves forward.
5. Ensure the requirements and UX are analyzed, gaps logged, closed, and approved.
6. Develop detailed project plan.
7. Facilitate with engineers a high-level architecture.

Qualification:

• Must have minimum 5 years of development experience. The more, the better.
