Who Will Love This Job?
As a Sr. Salesforce Consultant, you are responsible for execution of declarative tasks within projects. You will receive work from other team members or clients and provide recommendations on sound solutions to solve complex business problems directly. Much like an Architect, you will be responsible for the overall success of the project and will leverage organizational skills to keep project schedules, budgets, scope and risks inline and under control. Additionally, you will dive in to understand client business operations and the underlying need for process, applications, data, and reporting. You will use your extensive hands-on knowledge of Salesforce to gather requirements, design, implement, test, and deploy robust and scalable solutions that meet SaltClick's best practice standards.
What You'll Do:
Experience in other third-party tools commonly connected to Salesforce is a plus (i.e. eSignature solutions, data tools, backup and restore apps, etc.)

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the main contact for client relationship and project communication, on some projects
- Own and execute the project according to SaltClick methodology
- Participate in discovery, solutioning, documentation and delivery efforts
- Set and manage expectations of project activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitate client feedback and demonstrate client advocacy, building loyal and trustworthy relationships
- Maintain client satisfaction
- Assist with identifying opportunities for account growth
- Review and ensure deliverables are high-quality and meet expectations
- Produce a detailed project plan to match customer requirements
- Understand and effectively communicate both client and internal project goals
- Provide client needs and requests to the team for exploration
- Work with the team to ensure project activities align with strategy
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially Experience Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong technology consulting experience.
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce-enabled business solutions
- Strong experience automating tasks/solutions using Salesforce Flow
- Experience defining strategy, developing requirements and implementing practical business solutions
- Experience delivering projects using Agile based methodology
- Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin and Cloud Certification(s) preferred
