Compensation:
Pay Range: $21.07-$30.10 Per HR
Description:
Responsible for IT success across outpatient radiology imaging centers and call centers.
Provide support for users utilizing various systems and equipment.
Offer onsite, remote, phone, and email support for reported issues.
Report to IT Operations Manager and collaborate with specialized teams.
Analyze and recommend improvements for existing workflows or systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to assess hardware and software needs.
Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects.
Maintain entries in the Support Desk tracking system.
Communicate with business leadership about ongoing and future projects.
Visit sites to check with managers and resolve issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Interact with IT teams to resolve user issues and enhance system understanding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field or extensive IT Support work experience.
Strong operational and analytical abilities with superior communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, file servers, and network operations.
Knowledge of network cabling, switches, routers, and network diagnostic tools.
Proficiency in problem determination and resolution.
Ability to travel between sites as needed with a valid driver's license and insurance.
