Position: Project Manager (PMP) with Healthcare Duration: 12+ Months Location: Austin TX (Locals Only)

Project managers are the people in charge of a specific project or projects within a company. As the project manager, your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on. Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done.

Years Required/Preferred Experience
10+yrs Required Skilled in managing project with implementations across large organizations. Experience should include developing and managing project plans, documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans
10+yrs Required Ability to research, gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems; and to prepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems
10+yrs Required Experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications, guide, and facilitate the SDLC process
10+yrs Required Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholder. Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
10+yrs Required Ability to appropriately summarize and escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates and conduct regular project team meetings
10+yrs Required Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
10+yrs Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8+yrs Required Agile methodology, overseeing and tracking development progress, and ensuring project assignments align with project timelines
8+yrs Required Agile Experience - Managing the project with feature driven sprints
5+yrs Preferred Experience implementing and using agile methodologies and best practices for 1 or more State of Texas Agencies
5+yrs Required Prior experience in healthcare or Public Health
2+yrs Required PMP Certification
