Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a Digital Delivery Director with expertise in Retail Payments for a full-time permanent role in Cleveland Ohio. The Digital Delivery Director identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for a cross-functional team responsible for designing, planning, building and supporting a portfolio of global websites, applications, and mobile apps. The incumbent implements company-wide practices to ensure alignment of the portfolio, initiatives, and technical roadmap to the multi-year digital strategy. They provide strategy, vision and direction to ensure successful digital experiences for customers around the globe.

The Digital Delivery Director will lead the advancement of payment capabilities across retail stores, eCommerce platforms, and mobile applications, delivering seamless, secure and cost optimized solutions across retail channels. This role is also accountable for delivering technology solutions that enable effective customer credit management. This technology leader will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions. The Digital Delivery Director will lead a team of engineers and collaborate closely with product, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability, and consistency across all retail touchpoints.

WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO:

Leadership & Supervision
  • Inspires Action, Coordinates multiple initiatives.
  • Establishes and develops broader company strategy and translates into multi-functional objectives.
  • Leads activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups and services through subordinate directors / managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of assigned areas.

Education

Required
Bachelors degree in Information Technology (IT) and 9 years of experience. In lieu of a Bachelors degree in IT, 12 years of experience is required.

      • Certifications and/or Advanced degree focused on lean management and operational efficiency.
Required
Knowledge & Experience
  • 9+ years of experience in IT
  • 5+ years management or enterprise department manager experience including application development.
Preferred
  • Experience with business processes, and related application systems and infrastructure, managing the flow of payments, refunds, credits, and fraud prevention between customers and businesses, including credit/debit cards and digital wallets.
  • Experience in leading digital delivery teams utilizing Agile software delivery practices, to enable desired business capabilities as defined by business leaders within a Product Management framework.
  • Experience in leading application development using MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless), ensuring scalable, flexible, and high-performance solutions.
