Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint portals, libraries, and workflows.
- Design and development of Power Platform components using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI report connecting SharePoint, SQL server and Dataverse
- Implement and configure SharePoint connectors and integrations with third-party systems.
- Build and customize SharePoint sites and applications to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint environments.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for SharePoint architecture, security, and performance.
- Participate in project planning, documentation, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Expertise:
SharePoint: Strong experience with SharePoint Online (portal development and customization), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and custom solutions.
Libraries & Workflows: Expertise in document libraries, content types, and workflow automation.
Power Platform: Strong expertise in the development and maintenance of PowerApps application and Power Automate workflow. Knowledge of Power BI report generation using different data sources.
Integration & Connectors: Hands-on experience integrating SharePoint and PowerApps solutions with external systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware.
Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles and project support.
Support Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.
Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support
Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery
Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs .
Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Knowledge of SharePoint administration and governance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- PowerShell scripting.
