Immediate need for a talented AWS Contact Center technical resource. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Antonio, TX(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $57 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop contact center solutions using AWS Lambda and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and maintain AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Databases, and others to support contact center operations.
- Develop and integrate APIs to connect various contact center systems and applications.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing contact center solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and best practices to continuously improve contact center solutions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:AWS, Amazon Connect, Contact Center .
- Proven experience in developing contact center solutions using AWS Lambda and Java.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFormation.
- Experience with call center operations and technologies such as IVR, ACD, and CTI.
- Proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
