Pay Range: $57 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop contact center solutions using AWS Lambda and Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and maintain AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Databases, and others to support contact center operations.
  • Develop and integrate APIs to connect various contact center systems and applications.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing contact center solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and best practices to continuously improve contact center solutions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills:AWS, Amazon Connect, Contact Center .
  • Proven experience in developing contact center solutions using AWS Lambda and Java.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFormation.
  • Experience with call center operations and technologies such as IVR, ACD, and CTI.
  • Proficiency in Java programming and related frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
