Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for CNC machining, process optimization, and hands-on collaboration? A pioneering company in high-precision motion control solutions is seeking a Process Planning Manufacturing Engineer in Beverly, MA to help shape the future of manufacturing excellence. Salary: Up to $115,000/yr. (Based on experience)



Key Responsibilities:

• Review product designs for manufacturability, tolerances, quality requirements, and cost drivers.


• Define manufacturing processes for components and assemblies.


• Determine and design or procure required fixtures and gages.


• Create manufacturing process routes and bills of material in ERP systems.


• Review Engineering Change Orders and update process documentation.


• Collaborate with engineers, quality control, supervisors, and operators to improve productivity and quality.


• Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC machining, work holding, and machining principles.


• Knowledge of general machine shop practices and measuring techniques.


• CAD/solid modeling expertise with familiarity in design and dimensioning standards.


• ERP/MRP software proficiency and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.


• Ability to work creatively and independently.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
