Role: AI Chatbot Developer or Generative AI Engineer, Help Desk Chatbot

JD:
Development & Deployment: Design, build, train, and deploy a state-of-the-art Generative AI chatbot for IT Help Desk and Customer Support functions.
Support Process Expertise: Apply a deep understanding of standard IT support processes and common user issues (e.g., troubleshooting, access issues) to ensure the chatbot delivers accurate, contextually relevant assistance.
Model Engineering: Utilize large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques to optimize the chatbot s performance in interpreting complex, unstructured queries and generating helpful responses.
Integration: Integrate the chatbot with existing IT service management (ITSM) platforms, knowledge bases, and key communication channels.
Performance: Define and track key metrics (e.g., resolution rate, deflection rate) and establish mechanisms for continuous iteration and improvement of the AI's performance and conversational flow.
Qualifications
3+ years of software development experience, with 1+ year focused on building and deploying Generative AI or Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions.
Proven expertise in IT Support operations and understanding of a corporate help desk environment.
Strong programming in Python and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and MLOps practices for production deployment.
