Process Improvement Manager - Level 3 | Austin, TX | 12+ Months | 30% Remote

Are you a seasoned process optimizer who sees inefficiencies as puzzles waiting to be solved? iSphere is seeking a Process Improvement Manager (Level 3) for a 12+ month engagement with a high-impact state agency client in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid opportunity 30% remote with the rest of your time spent collaborating on-site with stakeholders to reshape how government services are delivered.

What You ll Tackle:

• Assess and evaluate current state processes within a government environment, identifying inefficiencies and roadblocks

• Design and implement improved workflows and methodologies to increase efficiency, compliance, and user satisfaction

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and gather data across multiple departments and business units

• Analyze root causes, recommend process enhancements, and lead implementation efforts

• Document and communicate changes clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Support the specification of system requirements where technology can support improved business processes

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience evaluating and optimizing organizational processes, ideally within the public sector

• Deep understanding of change management principles, stakeholder engagement, and operational alignment

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to distill complex problems into actionable strategies

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills comfortable leading discovery sessions and presenting findings

• Familiarity with government or regulatory environments a major plus

Bonus Points For:

• 1+ year of experience specifying system/software requirements as part of solution design

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies

• Experience supporting agencies like the Department of Public Safety (DPS) or similar
