This role involves providing exceptional technical support to staff and sales associates by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and mobile device issues, while delivering compassionate customer service. responsibilities:

1. Fix hardware, software, and network issues for staff and sales associates.


2. Set up and configure computers, phones, and other devices for new or returning users.


3. Work with other IT teams to solve technical problems and improve systems.




qualifications:

1. Strong customer service and communication skills to explain tech issues clearly.


2. Experience troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, and network problems.


3. Ability to work well with others, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks at once.
