Job Title: MuleSoft Integration Manager Location: Tampa, FL( Hybrid) Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Integration Manager to lead integration efforts across various business units at Marriott's client organization. This role involves managing the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise APIs and integrations using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform, ensuring alignment with Marriott s digital transformation goals and global hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
Lead the design and implementation of integration strategies using MuleSoft to support Marriott s global platforms (reservations, loyalty, mobile apps, etc.).
Manage a team of MuleSoft developers and architects, ensuring efficient delivery of integration solutions.
Define integration architecture standards and reusable assets to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Partner with Marriott s IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to align integration efforts with business goals.

Technical Oversight
Oversee full lifecycle API management including design, development, deployment, governance, and monitoring using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Manage integrations between core systems such as Oracle ERP, Salesforce, PMS, CRM, mobile apps, and external hospitality service providers (e.g., OTA platforms).
Ensure security, scalability, high availability, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
Drive best practices for CI/CD, API versioning, automated testing, and performance monitoring.

Project & Resource Management
Define project plans, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery timelines for integration-related projects.
Work closely with program managers and PMO to ensure integration tasks are aligned with Marriott s strategic roadmap.
Track integration KPIs, SLAs, and continuously improve system performance and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in MuleSoft Integration Platform (including CloudHub, Runtime Manager, API Manager).
Experience managing complex integrations across enterprise-scale hospitality or retail systems.
Proficient in RESTful API design, RAML/OAS, DataWeave transformations, and MuleSoft connectors.
Solid experience with Java, XML, JSON, and enterprise messaging patterns (Kafka, JMS, etc.).
Hands-on experience with DevOps pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of identity and access management (OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect).

Preferred Qualifications:
MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect / Platform Architect.
Experience in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera PMS), reservation engines, and loyalty platforms.
Familiarity with Marriott s system architecture or similar hospitality ecosystems.
Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
