What you'll do:

Principal Enterprise Architect with expertise in Workday and ServiceNow to play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. You will be responsible for designing and governing the implementation of robust, scalable solutions that drive transformation across the organization. What you'll need:

  • EA/Workday/ServiceNow
  • Candidates should have a strong influence, cross-functional communication, and storytelling abilities to effectively communicate complex platform and AI strategies to executive stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

Required:

  • EA/Workday/ServiceNow Experience: 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or platform engineering roles, with 6+ years in ServiceNow or Workday.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, extensibility model, and product roadmap or deep understanding of workday tools like extend and orchestrate.
  • AI knowledge: Must have knowledge of MCP , Agentic flows, Agent construction and backend API connectivity experience.
  • Integrations: Solid 8+ years experience with handing various types of integrations.
  • Soft Skills: Candidates should have a strong influence, cross-functional communication, and storytelling abilities to effectively communicate complex platform and AI strategies to executive stakeholders.

Preferred:
  • Extend/Orchestrate/Studio
  • MidServers/Transform Maps/ Configuration/Workflows/Procode
  • API development/governance
  • SSO - SAML/OIDC/ENTRAID
  • Java/Python/pyspark/MCP/ShellScripting/SQL/RDBMS

Our Principal System Engineering, earns between $141,300-$211,900 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
