Kinaxis Developer
Requires 25% travel to Kansas City, MO (5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical and functional expert on the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform, guiding the design and implementation of supply chain solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement and new development within the Kinaxis environment.
- Design and develop technical specifications, blueprints, and solution architecture models to support the realization of supply chain planning functionalities.
- Configure and customize Kinaxis Rapid Response applications, including the creation of worksheets, workbooks, alerts, metrics, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Develop and maintain data integration processes, working with various ETL tools (e.g., Talend) to ensure seamless data flow between Kinaxis and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Create and implement complex Kinaxis workflows, business rules, and scripting logic to automate and optimize supply chain processes.
- Lead the entire solution development lifecycle, including requirements definition, functional specifications, development, testing (SIT/UAT), user training, and deployment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on Kinaxis development and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of total experience in supply chain planning, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations.
- Proven experience in at least two full-cycle implementations of Kinaxis Rapid Response.
- Strong functional knowledge across Kinaxis modules, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Management.
- Deep technical understanding of the Kinaxis platform's data model, scripting capabilities, and integration methods.
- Experience with ETL tools and a solid grasp of database concepts (SQL) and scripting languages (JavaScript).
- Kinaxis certifications (Administrator, or Solution Architect) are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
