Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with over a decade of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the platform s capabilities, proven experience in leading ServiceNow implementations, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and custom applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a minimum of 7+ years hands-on platform development experience.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data model, APIs, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Proven experience in implementing ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and custom applications.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and orchestration.
- Experience with Service Portal development and AngularJS/HTML/CSS customization.
- Knowledge of MID Server configuration and integration patterns.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD, and preferably Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
