Job Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) and a robust background in CRM transformation within the Telecom or HighTech industry. The ideal candidate will architect and drive complex digital transformation initiatives using Salesforce/Vlocity components, ensuring scalable and future-proof solutions for our enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and define end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce Vlocity implementations across complex telecom ecosystemsDesign robust, secure, and high-performance Salesforce multi-cloud solutions using:
- OmniStudio (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
- Vlocity CPQ, EPC, Digital Process Automation (DPA)
- Develop architecture blueprints, integration strategies, and data models aligned with enterprise goals.
- Engage directly with stakeholders including enterprise architects, product owners, and business leaders.
- Conduct solution workshops, drive requirements clarification, and own architectural decision-making and sign-offs.
- Define and implement integration strategies using MuleSoft, Kafka, REST/SOAP APIs, or other middleware platforms.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with global standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership to development teams and guide the use of Vlocity components and frameworks.
- Lead code reviews, performance assessments, and ensure alignment with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps standards using tools like Copado, Git, Jenkins.
- Manage delivery across distributed global teams and multiple vendors, while mitigating technical risks and dependencies.
- Interface with Salesforce Product, Support, and Success teams to handle escalations and stay aligned with the product roadmap.
- 15+ years of IT experience, with 6+ years in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Vlocity (Communications Cloud) and related components.
- Solid background in Telecom, Media, or High-Tech industries.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, and data modeling principles.
- Proven experience with enterprise-grade integrations using Mulesoft, Kafka, or equivalent technologies.
- Familiar with Agile frameworks, DevOps pipelines, and deployment automation tools.
