Role Overview:
The UX Designer will lead user-centered design for a large-scale AEM website redesign, ensuring that each digital experience is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with strategic objectives. The UX Designer will work across PODs to define user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns that drive engagement and clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end user experiences, including journey mapping, wireframes, and interaction models.
Collaborate with product owners, content strategists, engineers, and visual designers to translate requirements into usable design solutions.
Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and synthesis of findings into actionable design improvements.
Ensure accessibility compliance and user experience best practices.
Support component-based design across multiple PODs delivering up to 20 AEM components each.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and prioritization.
Required Experience & Skills:
5+ years of experience in UX design with a focus on large-scale digital products.
Expertise in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Axure).
Experience with CMS platforms (AEM preferred).
Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design processes.
Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
