Job Description:

• This position will be responsible for supporting the Imaging of Win 10 and Win 11 Laptops, desktops and tablets for the enterprise.
• Working in a daily production environment accountable for completing several tickets daily often 40-80 per day.
• Must be onsite 5 days a week.
• Often spending 8 hours a day on your feet with the ability to lift and carry 20LB boxes.
• This is a distribution warehouse facility.

Requirements:

• Imaging 1 - 2 Years
• Microsoft Windows 1 - 2 Years
• Windows 11 1 - 2 Years
• Windows Applications 1 - 2 Years
• Proficient with Azure DevOps.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Proficient in technical unit testing.
• Proficient in functional unit testing.
• Experience creating pull requests which include quality gates such as documentation, screenshots, gated builds, code coverage, vulnerability assessments, best practice comments, and peer comments. Will also be called upon to review other's pull requests.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates.
• Experience creating and/or modifying NuGet packages.
• Experience in Agile/Kanban environments.
• Experience supporting vendor applications.
• Experience with Telerik components.
