Job Details
- Provide project management support to key ODCIO KM efforts in support of the ODCIO KM Lead.
This position serves as the overall Service Now Integration Lead to support a variety of Snow implementation activities. It is the overall architect, and team lead for all Service Now efforts.
- Works independently designing and developing new software products or major enhancements to existing software for a healthcare/clinical environment.
- Guide user experience (UX) and design best practices.
