Title- Creative Technical Writer - Iv (w2)
Location- Lake Mary, FL/ Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Duration- Long-term contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hybrid - in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years
Responsibilities:
Work directly with project managers, software developers, trainers, web admins, and end users to craft weekly documentation, to include job aids, process guides, training guides, release notes, and other field-facing materials
Content will be updated on a weekly basis.
Take materials developed by others and extract relevant content for the user community. Craft original materials each week as software is updated and processes are refined.
Work directly with a dedicated project manager who will assist with publishing of materials.
