Responsibilities:
- Creation of RFDS for new builds and modifications.
- Creation of CQ and associated RF Parameters.
- Partnering with the RF Engineering team as needed for evaluation of new builds or modifications.
- Optimization of existing and proposed RF network.
- Working with the performance team to understand areas and developed solutions.
- Traffic evaluation for capacity
Must Have Skills:
- Atoll proficiency - Must be proficient in Atoll.
- Knowledge of RF Systems, antennas, hardware vendors and integration methods.
- Experience with FCC rules relating to EME, frequency borders, and power.
- Experience with RFDS creation.
Desired Skills:
- Previous Client's experience with Fuze and Client's tools/processes.
- RFDS creation experience.
- Working with a team environment with multiple tasks occurring simultaneously.
- Experience with macro, small cell and capacity design.
- Experience with Excel and similar.
Education/Experience:
- Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience
