Job Title: Senior Cloud Engineer
Location: FULLY ONSITE NORTH CHESTERFIELD VA Local Only
Duration: 12 Months Contract with possible extensions
Interview: FACE 2 FACE Interview
Required Skills and Experience:
- In-depth experience with full-stack development using APIs, Java, Angular, and RDBMS in both on-prem and cloud environments
- Strong knowledge and implementation experience with IaC, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices using Jenkins or Bamboo, GitHub or BitBucket, and Terraform or Ansible
- Proven ability to deliver cloud-native solutions across AWS, OCI, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments
- Experience migrating infrastructure from on-premises to cloud while ensuring high availability and reliability
- Skilled in service and application containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficient in managing and troubleshooting enterprise-scale server environments
- Effective verbal and written communication skills across management, users, IT teams, and vendors
- Experience gathering user requirements, conducting testing, and providing training
- Skilled in creating desk procedures and technical documentation
- Exposure to web application services such as WebLogic, JBoss, Spring, and Apache
