Currently, we are seeking individuals for a BMC Helix / Remedy Operations Specialist opportunity with our client in Cleveland, Ohio. This is a very exciting opportunity working with one of the top employers in the area. Leading efforts in an Agile environment, running stand-up meetings and managing storycards
Interfacing with internal customers and sponsors
Maintaining CMDB
Supporting Atrium Integrator
Supporting ITSM
Supporting Incident Management
Supporting ITOM
Supporting Discovery
Supporting Problem Management
Supporting Case Management

BMC Action Request System 21.3+ Development
BMC Helix Business Workflows 22.1+ Development
