Data Warehouse Analyst III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a highly skilled PL/SQL Data Analyst/Developer III in Houston, TX to design and implement complex algorithms that drive business value while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Design and develop complex algorithms using PL/SQL to support business operations and strategic initiatives
* Conduct thorough data analysis to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data anomalies and errors
* Research and evaluate data processing functions, methods, and procedures to recommend improvements
* Create and maintain clear, comprehensive functional and technical design documentation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field of study
* 15+ years of hands-on experience with PL/SQL development
* 15+ years of experience in software development, maintenance, and support-preferably in enterprise-level environments
* 10+ years of experience in relational database design, specifically with Oracle
* 5+ years of experience working in UNIX environments
* 5+ years of experience working within Agile methodology and Scrum frameworks
* Proven ability to design and develop applications using Oracle PL/SQL
* Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Demonstrated analytical thinking and strong comprehension abilities
* Experience in the utility industry is preferred
* Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
