Oracle Siebel CRM Technical Consultant | Minneapolis, MN
We are seeking an Oracle Siebel CRM Technical Consultant withdevelopment and application support experience. This position s primary responsibility will be to interface with client to develop/support technical components and Scrum Master tasks.
Location: - [Mandatory] Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN or be willing to relocate to the area.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least 4 years experience in Information Technology.
- 3+ years of exclusive experience in Siebel CRM applications.
- Must have experience in Siebel Configuration, Scripting, EAI, Open UI(JavaScript, PM/PR architecture, CSS Customization).
- Analyze business requirements and translate into functional and technical designs.
- Design and develop enhancements and UI improvements using Siebel Open UI within existing Siebel application.
- Customize, Configure Siebel Objects (Applets/Views, Business Components, Business Services), Siebel integration with external systems using EAI, Web Services, REST.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and defect resolution.
- Support SIT, UAT for issue resolution.
- Support Go live activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of exclusive experience in Siebel CRM applications.
- Experience in Oracle Database and performance tuning.
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle and also support processes.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practicians and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
