Job Details

Title- Technical Producer II

Location- (Remote) EST timezone

Contract- 12+ months Contract

Travel may be required up ~5% of the time (some international) Ideally looking for a candidate based in EST timezone to accomodate working with a cross functional team in the EU and US 

Overview:

This role requires a producer who can work confidently across technical teams in a live production environment, someone who is proactive about improving workflows, and helps teams stay aligned and focused. You ll collaborate with engineers, leads, and managers to break down complex efforts, manage milestones, lead team rituals, and maintain shared documentation and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Technical Production, Technical Program Management, or technical project management focused role, ideally supporting engineering, broadcast, and/or live event teams.
  • Ability to lead cross-team coordination efforts and support initiatives through project management and facilitation.
  • Experience with work management tool administration (Jira, Airtable, Notion) and ability to evolve these platforms to serve team needs.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid workflows including sprint planning, retrospectives, and standups.
  • Technical fluency, not as a developer or engineer, but with enough knowledge to effectively communicate with technical teams.

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in live broadcast, esports, gaming, or technical production environments.
  • Experienced in Agile, ITIL, and Lean methodologies for service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Comfort supporting both structured project work and emergent, interrupt-driven tasks across multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to lead process alignment discussions and implement systems and tooling improvements.
  • A mindset focused on team enablement, operational excellence, and customer service.
