Genesis10 is seeking an Associate Support Engineer I for a full-time position with a financial services client located in Milwaukee or Franklin, WI. This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office (days flexible).

Compensation: $34.00 - $36.50 per hour, depending on skill and experience level.

Summary:

Genesis10 is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Associate Support Engineer I who will join the Field Experience team, providing technical support for the Complex Planning Experience (PX) platform. The role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, learning new technologies, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide omni-channel technical support to Home Office and Field users, including troubleshooting PC, mobile device, hardware, software, and LAN issues.
  • Conduct initial client experience consultations, applying functional and technical knowledge to analyze problems, develop solutions, and test fixes for first-contact resolution.
  • Handle multiple tasks such as managing simultaneous chat sessions and adjusting priorities as business needs change.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and expand cross-functional technical knowledge.
  • Identify and propose service or process improvement ideas with a continuous learning mindset.
  • Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Participate in temporary project or support assignments as required.
  • Leverage communication channels and knowledge management systems to resolve issues and enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field OR equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical Help Desk experience required.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for computers, mobile devices, and software, including experience with support tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation with professional communication skills-both verbal and written-tailored to various audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in accurate, clear ticket documentation.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.
  • Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
