Job Posting: Manufacturing Business Analyst
Location: Omaha, NE/ Stafford, TX
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Reports To: Director, Business & Solutions Architecture


Job Summary:
Client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Business Analyst to support key initiatives across our manufacturing operations. This role is essential to driving process improvements, resolving quality issues, supporting equipment strategy rollouts, onboarding large-scale clients, and contributing to modernization efforts. The analyst will work cross-functionally to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production processes.

Responsibilities:
Partners with the Quality Department to document requirements for defect resolution and help establish best practices.
Collaborate with Process Engineers and Industrial Engineers to define technical requirements for continuous improvement initiatives.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in job tracking systems in partnership with the Data Team.
Provide ongoing education and support to Production and Implementation Teams on operational best practices.
Ensure seamless operational flow from client data feeds through inventory management, job tracking, production controls, and final product delivery.
Support rollout and adoption of equipment strategies and modernization efforts across all production facilities.

Required Qualifications:
Degree in business Analytics or related field, or minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in documenting requirements for manufacturing process improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently after initial training.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large-scale client onboarding and manufacturing modernization projects.
Familiarity with job tracking systems and production automation tools.
A proactive mindset with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
