Job Description :

Experience: 10+ years of hands-on architecture and 4+ years of experience implementing and integrating SAP Intelligent Asset Management or Asset Performance Management solutions for a manufacturing company. SAP expertise:

15+ years of SAP Experience

Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP APM, SAP S/4HANA EAM (Plant Maintenance), and SAP BTP services (IoT, Integration Suite, Analytics).

Proven experience with asset reliability methodologies such as FMEA and RCM.

Strong understanding of integration protocols and architectures for connecting industrial operational technology (OT) to enterprise IT.

Industry experience: Significant experience in a heavy manufacturing or asset intensive industry, such as primary metals, mining, or chemicals.

Solution design: Demonstrated ability to create and document end-to-end architectural designs, including system landscapes, data models, and integration strategies.

Soft skills: Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications :

Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - IAM, SAP EAM).

Experience with other SAP modules relevant to manufacturing, such as SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) or Production Planning (PP).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure) and their integration with SAP solutions. Key responsibilities

Design and governance: Define and own the overall architecture and solution blueprint for the SAP IAM suite at Donyati, including APM, its integration with SAP S/4HANA EAM (Plant Maintenance), and other manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, SCADA). Strategic roadmap: Translate business requirements from maintenance, reliability, and operations teams into a strategic

roadmap for APM adoption and expansion. This includes defining use cases for predictive maintenance on critical equipment.

Technical leadership: Act as the technical authority for all SAP APM solution design and implementation activities. Mentor other technical and functional team members on best practices for configuration, development, and integration.

Integration management: Oversee the integration landscape for APM, ensuring seamless and real-time data flow from various sources.

Key integrations include:

IoT sensor data from manufacturing equipment via the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

Maintenance execution processes and master data synchronized with SAP S/4HANA EAM/PM.

Integration with other applications for reporting (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud), mobile access (e.g., SAP Service and Asset Manager), and planning.

Solution optimization: Conduct architectural reviews and assessments of the existing APM implementation to identify weaknesses and opportunities for process improvement, automation, and expanding functionality.

Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders at all levels, including plant managers, reliability engineers, and IT teams, to ensure the APM solution meets business needs and drives value.

Risk assessment: Identify and manage architectural risks related to performance, scalability, security, and data accuracy within the APM ecosystem.
