Job Description:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP TM version 9.3 or above.
• Overall, 5+ years of SAP functional experience in SAP Logistics.
• Expertise in the following SAP TM functionalities:
• Transportation Network Design.
• Freight Unit Building Rules (FUBR).
• Freight Unit Order Tendering and Carrier Determination.
• CIF Integration: Model definition, configuration, and error resolution.
• Transportation Charge Management Configuration.
• SAP TM Master Data Management including:
• Products.
• Business Partners.
• Dangerous Goods.
• Transportation Network (locations, routes, zones).
• Resources (vehicles, trailers, handling units).
• Order Management integration with SAP TM.
• Transportation Planning: Selection Profiles, Planning Profiles, Optimizer Planning, Conditions, Schedules, Freight Execution, Carrier Selection, and Tendering.
• Business Processes: Inbound/Outbound Shipments (Domestic & International), Load Building (FTL/LTL), Package Builder (mixed product packing, layer building).
• Shipper Scenarios across all transport modes (Road, Rail, Ocean, Air).
• Transportation Execution: Carrier Selection, Tendering, Delivery & Shipment Proposals.
• Freight Settlement: Charge Management, Charge Calculation, Freight Settlement, and Cost Distribution.
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP TM implementations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of SAP technical components including RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, User Exits, and enhancement points.
• Knowledge of TM queue processing.
• Experience with ABAP interfaces (inbound/outbound) using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and flat files.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
• SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) integration and configuration experience is a plus.
• Cross-functional SAP ECC module knowledge (MM, PM) is highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile project methodology preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to develop functional requirements, perform process analysis, and create solution designs aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP TM modules to enhance business functionality and performance.
• Lead and support business process mapping, solution design, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Conduct needs assessments and cost-benefit analyses to help align IT solutions with business strategy.
• Work across departments to ensure successful end-to-end implementation and integration of SAP TM with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Provide expertise in the configuration and optimization of transportation processes to support both domestic and international logistics operations.
