Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll and Core HR modules. This is a hybrid position with a heavy development focus, requiring strong hands-on experience with data loaders, fast formulas, and integrations.

  • Strong experience with Oracle Core Cloud HCM (must-have)
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll module
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • HCM Data Loader (HSDL)
    • Payroll Batch Loader (PBL)
    • Fast Formulas
    • Reports & Integrations (BI, OTBI, HDL-based)
  • Functional knowledge across Payroll and HCM
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functional and technical teams

  • 80% dev + functional more on the payroll module and HR.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Local to Alpharetta, GA (strongly preferred)
  • Open to candidates willing to work hybrid from Oakland, CA or Rancho Cordova, CA
  • Ability to work independently and interface with stakeholders on both business and technical sides.
