Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned SAP Ariba Developer to play a key role in advancing enterprise-wide procurement and supply chain digital initiatives. This position involves designing, configuring, and integrating SAP Ariba solutions with SAP back-end systems while closely collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP Ariba solutions across multiple functional areas, including Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance.
- Drive end-to-end integration between SAP Ariba and SAP ECC/S/4HANA systems using Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
- Develop and maintain Ariba workflows, approval chains, and Ariba scripts to meet business requirements.
- Enable supplier onboarding processes, manage catalogs (including punch-out catalogs), and support procurement operations.
- Support Ariba Network transactions such as purchase orders, order confirmations, advance ship notices, invoices, and payments.
- Perform master data migration, data validation, and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Provide UAT support, resolve defects, and assist with post–go-live stabilization and production support.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba implementation and development.
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing
- SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Ariba Network
- Proven experience integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of:
- Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
- IDOCs and SOAP/REST-based web services
- Ariba Adapter and integration troubleshooting
- Experience with supplier enablement, catalog management, and punch-out catalog configuration.
- In-depth understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) business processes.
- Ability to work onsite with business users, handle production issues, and provide timely resolution.
