Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform simulated attacks against an organization's systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify weaknesses that malicious actors could exploit.
  • Develop and execute penetration testing scenarios, social engineering tests, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Identify, report, and document security vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the organization's security posture.
  • Recommend mitigation strategies and work with the IT team to implement security measures that protect against potential attacks.
  • Collaborate with other cybersecurity team members to develop and maintain offensive security tools, techniques, and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, attack techniques, and tools to ensure that the organization's security measures are always effective and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with IT and other business teams to identify and prioritize critical assets and infrastructure that require additional protection.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, CEH, or similar.
  • Proven experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and web applications.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, and Kali Linux.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.
