Job Details

Job Title: Java Architect

Location: Irving, Texas (Onsite)

Duration: Long term

Must have skills:

  • Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservice, ReactJS, JavaScript Good to have
  • Understanding of telecom domain is preferable though not mandatory
  • Should have worked as part of an agile development team (Lean / Pair / Agile programming)
  • Prior experience of directly interfacing with customer is preferable, though not mandatory Should show high degree of ethics and be cautious with respect to various security stipulations Should be well organized at work and proactively highlight issues/risks to the manager/lead Key skills/Roles & Responsibilities
  • Java/Spring Boot development
  • Responsive screen designing and development of the same for a large enterprise application.
  • Writing technical specifications and driving them through development
  • Implement high-quality code in a timely manner
  • Draft requirements and functional specifications
  • Assess challenges and derive solutions for complex functionality issues during the development and support phase
  • Coordinate with the client application teams on change control and assess impacts and risks.
  • Review test plan and coordinate with the testing team
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
  • Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APls
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN
