What You ll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and workflows.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and process mapping sessions to define current and future state operations.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Maintain strong relationships across project teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues as they arise.
• Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, procedures, and user guides to support ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent work experience, with at least 5 years in a business analyst role.
• Expertise in eliciting, writing, and managing requirements in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
