Summary:
Highly accomplished IT Delivery Leader with over 18 years of experience to lead strategic technology programs across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate has a strong background in delivering both COTS and custom solutions, with deep domain expertise in lending, banking, and insurance operations. This role will drive large-scale digital transformation programs and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs across the BFSI landscape, encompassing core banking, lending, insurance, and financial services.
• Provide thought leadership in the BFSI domains.
• Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of COTS products (e.g., Encompass, Temenos, Finastra, Guidewire, FIS, Fiserv) and custom-built platforms.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives such as omnichannel banking, cloud migration, AI/ML integration, and process automation (RPA).
• Ensure alignment of Speridian s IT solutions with client s business strategy, compliance standards, and customer experience goals.
• Manage client programs with multi-vendor environments and coordinate with third-party solution providers and system integrators.
• Lead teams in delivering scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions that address financial industry standards (e.g., FFIEC, SOX, GLBA).
• Collaborate with senior business and risk stakeholders to define roadmaps, manage program delivery, and mitigate risks.
• Promote agile delivery practices and continuous improvement through DevOps, CI/CD, and modern architecture paradigms (microservices, APIs, containers).
• Manage project and portfolio budgets, optimize cost efficiency, and manage portfolio P&L.

Required Qualifications:

• 18+ years of IT leadership experience, including 10+ years managing delivery in the S. BFSI sector.
• Proven expertise in delivering enterprise-grade COTS and custom technology solutions across banking, lending, and insurance domains.
• Strong understanding of financial services operations, including core banking, loan origination, claims processing, policy management, and underwriting.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks, data governance, and cybersecurity standards.
• Track record of leading digital transformation efforts in high-volume, transaction-heavy environments.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with fintech innovation, blockchain, and open banking (e.g., PSD2, Open APIs).
• Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) in BFSI environments.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, CISSP, or domain-specific certifications (e.g., CBAP, FLMI).
