Solution Architect involves creates and executes software solutions that harmonize with the Club's strategic objectives and technological prerequisites. As a pivotal figure within the technology realm of any organization, a Solution Architect ensures that technical solutions not only fulfill their intended functions but also remain in sync with the organization's long-term strategies and adaptable to evolving demands. This role entails close collaboration with diverse stakeholders, such as business line leaders, project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams, to engineer systems that are scalable, dependable, and optimized for efficiency. The Solution Architect will lead a team of developers responsible for delivering technology solutions for the Club.
What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Business Line leaders and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints. Develop high-level and detailed solution architecture designs that address functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure the proposed solutions align with industry best practices, security standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to determine their suitability for solving specific business problems. Select appropriate tools, frameworks, and platforms to support the architecture. Review and approve technical designs and code changes to ensure they align with the architecture.
  • Identify potential technical and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress to ensure that architecture-related risks are addressed promptly. Allocate resources, both human and technical, effectively to ensure that projects are adequately staffed and have the necessary infrastructure
  • Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and guidelines. Communicate architectural decisions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure a cohesive and successful solution delivery. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage team and provide guidance, set goals, and ensure the team is productive. Provide mentorship and training to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge. Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for their professional growth.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Provide guidance on scalability and performance improvements.
  • Ensure that security best practices and compliance requirements are integrated into the architecture and design. Address data privacy concerns and implement security measures.

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required Master's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

 

Experience

Experience in software development, system administration and network engineering required. Architecture principles, design patterns, and cloud platforms experience required.
