Role: NICE InContact Consultant

Location: Plano, TX

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Rate: $60/HR on W2

Must have skills:

Core work on LiveVox outbound campaign working with both business and technical teams

Detailed Job Description:

  1. Call Center experience in NICE InContact with Studio Scripting.(Omni channel scripting)
  2. Call Center experience in LiveVox with designer Scripting.(Omni channel scripting)
  3. Good knowledge on API ; Snowflake integration; SF Marketing cloud
  4. SME on
  5. LiveVox dialer /Smart Reach with scripting 6. Nice Personal Contact Dialer.
