Job Title: Angular Tech Lead
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite/Hybrid as applicable)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Angular Tech Lead to join a leading Communications & Media account in Denver, CO. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership capabilities, deep technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in modern front-end technologies.
As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence within the team, collaborating closely with clients and offshore counterparts, mentoring team members, and delivering robust, scalable, and impactful web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers across projects.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex front-end solutions using Angular and associated technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and support team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
- Own the software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through testing, deployment, and production support.
- Monitor application performance and user behavior to make data-driven improvements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and techniques.
- Lead estimation, planning, and execution of project deliverables.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong emphasis on Angular and TypeScript
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern responsive design practices
- Experience with Ionic, NGRX, GraphQL, and build tools/preprocessors such as Babel, SASS/LESS
- Understanding of micro-frontends and module federation
- Proven experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating directly with clients and offshore teams
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines
