Opportunity Overview

We are currently offering a W2 contract opportunity in Dearborn, MI, with the potential to extend over multiple years and the chance to transition to a direct hire position with our client. We provide healthcare, vacation, relocation assistance, and visa sponsorship/transfer. This is a W2 position, not C2C. THIRD PARTIES NEED NOT APPLY. Position Description

The CX-Hub program utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience for our dealers and customers. You will be responsible for:

• Designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases, covering positive, negative, and alternative flows.
• Identifying and documenting software defects and quality risks, and collaborating with the development team to resolve them.
• Testing within Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, in a fast-paced environment.
• Writing and running automated test scripts using C# and Selenium.
• Developing automation scripts, testing, debugging, and executing.
• Communicating clearly and concisely to summarize key findings for management.
• Independently driving projects to completion and working within the full software development life cycle.
• Understanding CRM functionalities and experience working with GitHub.
• Coordinating test activities with project teams.
• Tracking defects and assigning them to the appropriate team for resolution.
• Using GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Jira for project management and task tracking.

Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, including experience with CRM systems.

Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field.

Original Duration: 12 Months

Hybrid Position 2-3 days per week onsite
