Job Summary:
We are seeking a Transportation Team Leader in the Oklahoma City metro area to provide leadership on transportation design projects, manage civil engineering teams, and drive business development across the region. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage transportation engineering projects from concept through completion
Oversee civil design teams and manage workloads and deadlines
Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
Support business development efforts and help grow the Oklahoma market
Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers
Ensure project profitability, schedule, and technical excellence
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Qualifications and Requirements:
6+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience
Proven track record in project management and client coordination
Proficiency in MicroStation and transportation design tools
Experience working with ODOT or municipal roadway projects preferred
Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
Estimating and specification writing experience is a plus
