Role:IT Infrastructure Design - Cloud Engineer
Location:Hopkins, MN(Hybrid)
Duration:12 + Months

Required Skills
1. 3+ years of experience with ECK (Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes)
2. 2+ years of experience with Dashboard/Alerts/rule development using ESQL/KQL
3. Experience with Observability/Monitoring/Logging platforms

Key Responsibilities:
Support and maintain ECK platform infrastructure on AWS.
Install, configure, and scale Elastic Stack components based on system needs.
Develop and manage dashboards, alerts, and rules using ESQL/KQL.
Collaborate with internal infrastructure teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Participate in software upgrades, system validation, and performance tuning.
Maintain documentation and configuration libraries to ensure data integrity.
Contribute to observability strategy and architecture for high-volume logging environments.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes (ECK).
Minimum 2 years of experience with ESQL/KQL for dashboard and alert development.
Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and logging platforms.
Experience with tools such as Kibana, Splunk, Grafana, Tableau, Power BI.
Familiarity with data formats (XML, JSON), ETL processes, and database structures.
Scripting experience in Perl, Python, PowerShell.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills:
Experience architecting solutions for large-scale log ingestion and monitoring.
Knowledge of IT standards, change control, SDLC, and application testing.
Strong modeling skills (data, process, events, objects).
