Salary: $120,000.00 USD Annually - $155,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client in the legal services industry is currently seeking an IT Training Coordinator. This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule (1 day in office, 4 remote) in the LA area.
This position will oversee a small team of junior trainers. You will be there to help mentor and coach them on best practices. They are looking for someone with extensive experience working within the legal industry (at least 5+ years). Eventually, this position will grow into a manager role.
You will be in charge of the West Coast and APAC regions. Therefore, you'll need to be open to conducting onboarding training for the APAC region which means you'll have some off hour support.

- Coordinate workflows and assign tasks to the trainers and keep projects on track/ensure deadlines are met
- Involved in onboarding portions of training on applications for end-users
- You'll work closely with some IT Teams so experience working with cross functional teams is required
- Create documentation/articles for training and automated responses to helpdesk questions
- Lead best practices, procedures, and policies for the team
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have legal services industry experience
- Previous leadership roles would be great. Either managing a team directly or being a Lead
- Experience with IT within the legal industry. Experience with application rollouts, new feature rollouts, etc.
- Experience working with legal staff, attorneys, and other departments
- Must be okay with some off-hours work to support the APAC region
