ob Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UAT & Testing Lead with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in cross-functional environments, can drive testing strategy, coordinate testers and business users, and ensure the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of testing tools (HP ALM, Calm, JIRA, Signavio, EnableNow, Smartsheets), excels in stakeholder communication, and has a strong command of UAT management and test leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage end-to-end test strategies and execution plans for SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including tester coordination, issue triaging, defect tracking, and final approvals.
- Act as the central liaison between technical teams, business users, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and execution of testing phases.
- Leverage tools like HP ALM, Calm, JIRA, Signavio, EnableNow, and Smartsheets to track progress, manage test cases, and ensure transparency.
- Ensure testing activities adhere to enterprise quality standards, compliance protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Review, maintain, and enhance all testing documentation including test scripts, plans, and traceability matrices.
- Identify process improvements, provide actionable feedback to developers, and drive product quality before production releases.
- Generate and present test metrics and status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Mentor and lead junior testing team members and business testers.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, project management, or business analysis, ideally in enterprise SAP environments.
- Proven experience leading UAT efforts and working closely with business stakeholders.
- Strong technical knowledge of S/4HANA, test lifecycle methodologies, and enterprise system implementations.
- Proficient in testing and project management tools (HP ALM, Calm, JIRA, Signavio, EnableNow, Smartsheets).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience working in hybrid project environments (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) a plus.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with training content tools like SAP EnableNow.
- Experience in Change Management or OCM functions related to ERP implementations.
