Job Title: Project Manager II 100% Remote

Project Management

• While this position has no direct reports, the Project Manager is responsible for orchestrating the work of others to successfully drive the project, so it is delivered on-time, within budget, and with quality
• Defines project scope, objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project sponsors and key stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans in coordination with internal stakeholders and technical resources
• Manages project deliverables, scope & expectations and coordinate project progress with sponsors, upper management, and executives
• Develops and tracks to detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resources, communications, risk mitigation and issue resolution
• Proactively manages changes in project scope
• Identifies potential risks, and develops effective response/mitigation plans
• Identifies and resolves conflicts within the project team
• Drives issues to resolution using escalation where appropriate
• Schedule and run all project meetings, ad-hoc meetings, and user change management sessions Communication and Leadership
• Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to effectively influence, interact and collaborate with senior level management
• Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Ability to develop and cultivate relationships at all levels to build trust
• Strong negotiating, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and able to think quickly and adeptly about how to address problems as they come up
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Ensures effective communication across the complex project team and key stakeholders
• Effectively establishes, communicates, and continually manages project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Effectively delivers tough messages to executives, key stakeholders, team members and peers
• Engage Corporate Communications and Learning teams for development of end-user change management and learning

Skills:

• You have experience using the Agile project management methodology and best practices that can be applied to highly complex projects
• You have hands-on technical project background and strong analytical skills, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
• You can apply technical and business subject matter expertise to inform and/or influence projects
• You are proficient with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive, Engage, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
• You are proficient in utilizing Scrum or Kanban Boards in Jira, or similar Agile tools

You have experience with:

• Managing multiple matrixed projects, ideally software implementations in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment
• Experience performing requirements elicitation/gathering
• Change management
• Consulting with c-level executives and upper management to communicate implementation project issues, solutions, and work arounds

REQUIRED SKILLS

• You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, IT, Cybersecurity/ Information Security, or related field
• You have 5-10 years in project management working with enterprise level organizations
• Ideally, you have one or more of the following certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, and/or CSM
• You have Cybersecurity/Information Security, or related experience or certification (CISSP, CISM, Security+, etc.)
• You have experience using project management tools (eg. Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.) to manage project workspaces including project plans, status reports, dashboards
• You have a conceptual understanding of Local Admin Access, Identity Access Management, and other cyber-related infrastructure
• You may have managed projects in Azure or AWS environments
• You can gain trust, influence decisions, and teams, and work with internal and external contributors and stakeholders at any level

Duties: This position is remote, work from home. Hours will depend on the project and resources that you are working with as we try to accommodate multiple time zones, but typically we try to stay within a normal 8-5 type of workday.
