The Role:

Madiba has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned SAP Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst looking to advance their career to join an industry-leading Management Consulting company specializing in SAP Solutions! We are looking for a highly motivated individual who takes initiative and is willing to lead a project for our external customer while working with Executive Partners and Senior Consultants.

What you ll be working on:

• Drive, develop and support business solutions in the areas of Media Finance and Lease Administration Systems
• Support a Global Client in facilitating meetings and driving project directives
• Schedule and/or Host Recurring Meetings and Ad Hoc Meetings
• Write functional specs, define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Requirements gathering and development of functional design documents
• Translate business solutions into technical requirements
• Track and manage multiple initiatives including integrations and automation programs
• Work with Business and Executive Stakeholders to elicit requirements
• Collaborating with project team members to develop and enhance applications that support continuous functional improvement

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or business is required
• General knowledge of Media Finance and Accounting
• Lease Accounting knowledge for both Operating and Finance Leases is helpful
• Basic understanding of SAP Applications and process flows is desired but not required
• Experience with KLT/CoStar is ideal or other Lease Accounting software
• Familiar with accounting principals like Journal Entries and Master Data Tables
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business requirements to into functional requirements
• Basic experience within Testing, Test Plan and Test Scripts
• Experience within Automation is a plus, UiPath, Selenium, etc.
• Excellent time-management skills
