Responsibilities :
- Scope supporting a major two-year rebrand initiative, re-coding 600+ service and transactional emails across many LOBs
- Partner w/ designers, coders, marketing partners to ensure all emails are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
- Build responsive, accessible marketing and service emails using HTML/CSS that meet brand and compliance standards (including CAN-SPAM).
- Partner with another developer to re-code and QA 600+ existing transactional emails as part of the enterprise-wide rebrand.
- Assist with the development of basic landing pages and online forms (e.g., newsletter sign-ups, event registration).
- Perform QA/testing on all email builds (including those created by other team members), troubleshoot rendering and HTML issues, and ensure cross-platform/email client compatibility.
- Work with Line of Business partners and the Digital Marketing team to intake requests via Workfront and deliver on deadlines.
- Utilize project management and email marketing tools (Workfront, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Email on Acid, Outlook) to manage and track tasks.
- Ensure that all email templates, assets, and forms adhere to brand guidelines and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements for email development and QA workflows.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience designing, coding, and testing for email or web.
- HTML/CSS Proficiency: Minimum 2+ years of experience coding responsive emails or websites.
- ESP Experience: Experience working within an Email Service Provider (preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to build and deploy campaigns.
- Email Testing Tools: Familiarity with tools like Email on Acid or Litmus for rendering and QA testing.
- Front-End Development Knowledge: Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- Basic JavaScript & AMPscript (Preferred): Experience with scripting languages for email personalization is a plus.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency with Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Impeccable attention to detail with a keen eye for design and accessibility.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and motivated to maintain high quality standards.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred but not required
